    so i purchased the groupon coupon for teleflora and proceeded to place my order. Teleflora's system flagged my order as questionable and instead of contacting me they just didn't deliver my order. Upon contacting Telefora to find out where my order was they couldn't tell my why my order was flagged as questionable and offered to deliver the next day (sunday). I told them there were no local florists opened on sunday but I was told by the agent Erica that my order processed and would be delivered the next day and of course it wasn't.   • Waiting time for service



    Teleflora kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The recording said they were very busy; it's a regular Thursday night, not around any holid ay.When the agent came on, she claimed that the longest time they showed a customer waiting was for 15 minutes. I ordered two arrangements and asked for some consideration for the length of time they kept me on hold. Of course, the answer was there was nothing she could do.
