    so i purchased the groupon coupon for teleflora and proceeded to place my order. Teleflora's system flagged my order as questionable and instead of contacting me they just didn't deliver my order. Upon contacting Telefora to find out where my order was they couldn't tell my why my order was flagged as questionable and offered to deliver the next day (sunday).     I ordered flowers for my Mother for Christmas and chose the deluxe. Several days later, I went to her home and saw the arrangement I was shocked. There were only 4 roses and the picture showed 13. Lots of greenery, hardly any flowers. I called Teleflora and there are no repercussions to the Florist (Lake florist Oakville).     Teleflora kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The recording said they were very busy; it's a regular Thursday night, not around any holid ay.When the agent came on, she claimed that the longest time they showed a customer waiting was for 15 minutes.     My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend to be delivered on Christmas eve. He paid extra to ensure delivery since we knew it would be a busy delivery day. The flowers hadn't arrived mid afternoon so we called and were told by the customer service rep that the flowers were "on the truck" and would be delivered.     I ordered a CHRISTMAS order to be delive3red on 12/23 and said on the order I wanted a CHRISTMAS bouquet. I ordered the 50 dollar Deal of the Day, for CHRISTMAS.     I usually always order flowers for my mom for her bday and mother's day (aka twice a year) from Teleflora. I have used other floral delivery companies but didn't like how they knocked once and left the flowers on the porch or how the arrangement didn't look decent enough. I schedule those deliveries on Tuesday which is her only weekday off or if her bday is during the week, I'll schedule it for whatever day it is since she takes off.   • TELEFLORA IS THE WORST



    Relative just out of hospital and I chose this company b/c of the classy website. They promise same day delivery. Flowers not delivered, but you'd never know it b/c they don't call to tell you. When I do call, the next day, after being on the phone for 15ms, they promise deliver THAT day. Never happened. After 3 calls, wasting 45 ms of calls from work, they "get" that there's a problem and offer delivery (on the 3rd day) w 25% off. Are you kidding me??     Ordered a birthday arrangement for my in-laws. To say it was sub-par would be a gross understatement. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture on the website - it looked cheap and like someone with no experienced threw it together.     I placed an order on Thursday, May 10 for flowers to be sent to my mother-in-law for Saturday delivery. I rec'd the confirmation email at 2:11 pm on May 10.     This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had. Not only did I get a confirmation my flowers were delivered (when they never were), I was on hold for 45 minutes and speaking with a woman who was not very good at costumer service and kept repeating the same thing.     I ordered flowers for delivery next day for a funeral. I never got a confirmation so I called so I called and they said the florist decided to wait 4 days to send because she wanted them fresh for the services. Who is she to determine when I want them delivered.     Don't even bother ordering through this company. I had them sent to my Mother for Mother's Day a year ago and the quality of the flowers was not at all what was advertised. They had clearly fallen over in the delivery van and the quality of the flowers must have been poor prior to this.     Seriously, this was the worst choice made for purchasing flowers online flowers. I ordered a premium upgrade for an arrangement. What we ordered off the Teleflora sight and what was delivered was not even remotely close in any way shape or form....
